THE STORY

When David Popa sent a message to photographer Juuso Hämäläinen in 2017, he never thought there would be a response. What does a mural painter have in common with a photographer? But it wasn’t their Art that would connect these two creatives. Ultimately it was their desire to explore the unknown and the mysteries of life and nature that would make their collaboration a special one…

This art piece in Emäsalo, Finland was painted with all natural, biodegradable, washable earth pigments from nature. These pigments are mixed solely with the surrounding water and are completely harmless.

We understand many of you may be unfamiliar with how a time released, limited edition print works, we are happy to explain... The print will only be available for purchase within a 48 hour time frame listed above. Depending on the number of prints ordered in the 48 hour time period, this will determine the size of the edition of prints.

For example, If 20 prints are ordered within the 48 hours, ONLY 20 prints will EVER be printed of this work of art. We will NOT make further prints, thus the term “Limited Edition”.

This print will be available in two sizes; A3 for 90€ and A2 for 130€. Each print is hand signed, numbered and packaged to you by Juuso and Popa personally.

what does the package include?

  • A Certificate of Authenticity (with some helpful info for handling the Print)

  • A Download link to the original Song that was composed for the Film

  • The printed story of the Project

  • The first 12 orders will include a random, signed polaroid photo that we took in the process of this Project
